The staff in all departments are knowledgeable, respectful, accommodating, friendly and easy to talk to. Everyone makes me feel welcome. I never feel rushed and the sales person (Tony) took the time to help me understand the nuances of the new vehicle. They never make me feel like my questions are "dumb" questions even though they may have answered the same question multiple times. I can buy a vehicle anywhere, its the staff that keeps me coming back to West Metro. The dealership is exceptionally clean! When working with service, the staff make sure all issues are resolved.
