Pam worked with us extremely hard on financing to get us where we needed to be. i can tell that there are many places where we would not have walked out with a vehicle but these folks take the time to listen and understand your personal situation and help work thru it within their guidelines. many places simply "go by the book" and have no personal interest in helping. I live in Columbia and tried to buy the vehicle closer to my home but my Father-in-Law, Joel Simonds, bought a car from Koons and said to call them. I emailed them for a quote on a new Camry. They got back t my home but my Father-in-Law, Joel Simonds, bought a car from Koons and said to call them. I emailed them for a quote on a new Camry. They got back to me almost immediately. I then spoke with Jeff Schuette. He was extremely efficient and timely without being pushy. He was honest and, most importantly to me, he was trustworthy. The other dealers, I found out, were not giving me the whole truth. Everything Jeff said was nothing but the open truth. I should have started with Koons from the beginnning and the next Toyota I buy I will go directly to Koons. Their price ended up better than the other dealers in the end as well. This dealership was the best! More
