Well, it's like this. I saw this truck online and for the price it was the deal I was looking for. I sent them an email and John Williams called me back. I told John I wanted that truck and then procee the price it was the deal I was looking for. I sent them an email and John Williams called me back. I told John I wanted that truck and then proceeded to give him my credit info. I told him I wanted the truck with no money down. He said he would do his best to make that happen. He called me back later to tell me he got it done with no money down. I told him I would pick it up on Thursday. Wednesday afternoon I get a call from the Chuck Hill, the GM of the dealership to tell me the engine light came on and that the truck had to be put in the shop. I drove from Kansas City to Omaha Thursday and picked up the truck after completing all the paperwork. It was a quick in and out. But before I left Mr. Schrier himself came to welcome me to his dealership and to thank me for my business. These guys are truly customer service oriented. If you want to buy a car from someone you can trust, look no further. These are the guys. More
