I stumbled on Grand Subaru after having a poor service experience at Countryside Subaru. The Grand service team was great, so I used them a couple of times. Then I received an offer from Grand to purchase experience at Countryside Subaru. The Grand service team was great, so I used them a couple of times. Then I received an offer from Grand to purchase my Subaru and when I contacted them, I was connected with Jeff Schade. Jeff was a pleasure to work with. Professional, knowledgeable, genuine and helpful.Thought I did not qualify for the original offer, Jeff got me into the new car I wanted at a very reasonable price. The entire experience with Grand has been the best I’ve had with car dealerships. No hard sells or the xx tactics we’ve all experienced. From the finance guy to the person who helped me with tips and tricks to get the most out of my new Forrester Hybrid, it was a very pleasant and rewarding experience. I highly recommend Grand Subaru! Just purchased a new 2026 Subaru Outback Wilderness from Grand Subaru, and this was easily the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and witho Grand Subaru, and this was easily the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and without any games. We received a great price, a very fair trade-in allowance, and—most importantly—there were no surprise fees at any point in the process. My salesperson, Jeff Shade, was excellent to work with. He was honest, straightforward, and respectful of our time—no pressure, no gimmicks, just clear communication throughout. That made a huge difference and is not something you always find at dealerships. The finance portion was just as smooth. Sandy Cuttone was friendly, professional, and very accommodating. The entire process was low-pressure and well explained, which made what is usually the most stressful part of buying a car surprisingly pleasant. Overall, Grand Subaru delivered a transparent, efficient, and genuinely enjoyable buying experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both Jeff and Sandy to anyone in the market for a new Subaru.
