First E Transit for this dealership. Big learning curve for the sales agent. Peter Porzio was able to help us since the previous sales agent was on medical leave. The Ford Pass was hard to load on the I Phone, but we are now using the app. We found a dent on the hood and asked the Service department to fix. They were confused on the steps needed for approval. We will schedule the repair and get satisfaction. We would like to get floor matts for our troubles. More
