Andrew Spicer at Space Coast Honda was such an amazing help for my wife and I with our new car. Very communicative and had all options ready for us when we visited. Just purchased Honda Element from private sales this morning as a tow car for my RV. When i got home i realized their was a locking lug on each wheel . I called the girl I bought it from and she said sh morning as a tow car for my RV. When i got home i realized their was a locking lug on each wheel . I called the girl I bought it from and she said she lost that key long time ago.So my wife and I went over to Space Coast Honda and explained situation to them. A technician guided us into shop ,got a master key loaded into airgun and had all locking lugs for each wheel off in two minutes and replaced with new non- locking lugs. When I asked how much he said no charge and just come back when you need service...WOW and double Wow. He just made us a customer for life and Space coast Honda. More

My name is Paul Mouritsen. 2480 Brandywine Lane, Melbourne phone is 321-223-8913. I brought my 2014 Honda CRV in for an oil change on 6 December, appt at 9:30. When I left I was give the inspecti Melbourne phone is 321-223-8913. I brought my 2014 Honda CRV in for an oil change on 6 December, appt at 9:30. When I left I was give the inspection report saying I had transmission fluid leaks in both rear rear axle seals. I have detected no such leak in my garage (yes, I know what to look for). I was also told I needed to replace brake pads and service the rotors. All this despite having had the 90K mile service on 27 June which found no such problem. I also had the rotors serviced and brake pads replaced on June 1, 2020 at a cost of $320. So how can I have all these problems with the car after only five months after paying a total of over $860.oo in last five month? With an appointment I was still there for 1 hours 35 minutes. After asking to speak with the service manager, I waited about ten minutes and then left since I was getting no attention. I am quite certain that you have lost me as a customer. Worst Ever Dont EVER GO TO SPACE COAST HONDA ! Here is a copy and paste from my statement on their FB page. The general manager tried to assault my husband but w Dont EVER GO TO SPACE COAST HONDA ! Here is a copy and paste from my statement on their FB page. The general manager tried to assault my husband but was held back by the sales person Darius! You tried to assault my husband and Darius held you back ! You are a complete liar ! This was the Absolutely the worst car buying experience of my life ! All your other terrible reviews speaks volumes ! You were not provoked ..you said you were done.Started to walk away and Joe called you a xxxxx ! That's what set you off ! You are a liar ! You establishment sold me a car with a Cut Out Seat Belt ! Against the law ! This all started because you refused to return calls and refused a rental car to replace my vehicle while you were repaired the hail damage. Which your insurance policy completely covers..but no you are a greedy business and want to keep the money for yourself. Probably sent the insurance company Bills for it! I called for 3 days straight and no return calls ! I have been to.your dealership 11 times due to your incompetency. First signing ... second signing...third signing. Then the hail damage ...I was told if I didnt have it there by Monday which it was Thursday...then I was on my own for the repairs. I said I couldn't go without a car due the fact I drive to several clients homes a day ! I work 7 days a week 365. Please provide a rental. I called 3 days in a row atleast 5 times a day.....no response. So I brought the car up there and left it Sunday night and put the key in a box and ate the cost of a rental. I called 4 times Monday to find out when it would be ready. Finally at 430 I got a person on the phone. Went straight up there to get the car and you had chipped a huge spot and 5 others on the car. I left it Again to repair. It was only repaired in 1 place. You as the General manager were brought out to see it and you flipped ! Said you done after you very rudely interrupted my husband in the middle of him talking ! You said I am Done! I will give you the seat belt and your on your own to get it in and your not fixing the paint damage! That Sir is the truth! You can spin it anyway you like ! I can sleep at night because I am not a liar ! You Sir are a piece of work. More
