Jeff joined Ferrari of San Francisco in August of 2013 as a sales consultant. He grew up in Philadelphia and went on to study at the University of Delaware where he majored in marketing and minored in economics. Jeff moved to the San Francisco Bay Area in 2004 and has been involved in the high-end automobile industry ever since. Selling Porsche’s for a 7 year period allowed Jeff to hone his product and customer satisfaction skills which are absolutely vital for this very demanding exotic market. His dedication to providing the highest level of customer service has offered him success in this business and will continue to do so in the future.

We discussed what I like in a car and how I will use it. We then went to the simulator and viewed all of the options and how they would look. Jeff was very good at helping explain the options and why I might want to consider some over others. He never pushed but now that I have the car I can say he was right on. The order to delivery time was about four months and I was continually updated on status which only made me wish I could have been in Italy and watched. The delivery date was to be on a Friday and my son and I had planned our trip. The dealership will not let a car go if the car is not perfect and there was a problem with the Navigation that required a part from Italy. The call to me must have been one of the hardest but that is when I saw the entire team from service to dealership manager go into overdrive. They certainly could not control the problem but I can tell you they were my advocate and they not only took it all the way up but it was also clear to me that it was the Top Priority. It is easy to be good when everything goes as planned but their reaction to the unexpected said more than can be put in print. Problem solved in a couple of days and the car is incredible. I purchased my first Ferrari from Ferrari of San Francisco when the dealership just opened and nearly 20 years later and after the most recent purchase I can attest to the high standards, great customer service/availability and the commitment to exceed expectations. More

Jeff Harley and everyone else at Ferrari of San Francisco made my purchase as easy and as smooth as possible. When buying a Ferrari, one has to be extremely careful to get the right car so as to avoid potentially catastrophic bills. I would wholeheartedly recommend Jeff if you are looking to purchase a Ferrari. If there is even the slightest imperfection in the car (that may or may not be visible) he will point it out and let you decide. Sadly, not many people who sell cars maintain this level of transparency. I would definitely buy another car from Jeff in the future. More
