After a recommendation from a friend and then doing some research, my husband and I started shopping for a Subaru Forester. We were looking for a few specific items in the car we would purchase. My husband and I found out Subarus hold their value, which is a good thing when you own it, but when looking for an amazing price it makes it harder to find. Shelly Catanzano was the saleswoman that helped me, when I went to test drive a used Forester that #1 Cochran had listed on their web-site. Shelly was friendly and informative and flexible in the test drive. Jiam and I waffled between a used car and a new car. Shelly kept in touch but was patient and did not try to push something that was not we wanted. After thinking about the quotes we received one used and new cars, we decied that what would be best for us was a new limited black or red Forester. At the time #1 Cochran did not have that specific vehicle, so Shelly made phone calls trying to find what we wanted. There were a few out there but the dealers were not anxious to give them up. But Jeff Gessler, the General Sales Manager was able to make it work. I think we got a good deal at the perfect time. We are enjoying our sleek Black Forester. Thanks Shelly!
