They were all professional and courteous, and did not rush to get us out the door. There was no heavy sales "gimic." We wanted some additional details on our new vehicle and Jeff was prompt in making the arrangements. The follow through was great---it didn't feel like the customer service ended after the deal was sealed. Jeff was as exicted about our purchase as we were! We are excited that the dealership will be relocating and would definitely recommend Jeff to anyone seeking a new car. More

We did our homework on-line, visited countless dealerships, test drove three different makes of vans, and knew exactly what features we wanted and the price we were willing to pay. Although Zimmerman's did not have "our" vehicle on the lot, they found exactly what we wanted at another dealership, and it was there within a couple of days. Our final price was considerably lower than their competitors in the area. When we picked up our van, Jeff proved to be extremely knowledgeable and took after hours time to patiently explain all the features and answer all of our questions. We would highly recommend Jeff to anyone interested in purchasing a Honda in the Quad Cities and are thrilled with our shopping experience at Zimmerman Honda. More
