I didn't deal with the salesman, however I had the privilege of meeting Jeff Christison who helped my husband purchase the car. They were so excited for me being surprised and courteous. Jeff was so kind about showing me all of the fun details in my new car. He was sweet! We currently own have a 2008 Toyota Corolla, 2007 Tundra, and now this beautiful 2015 Camry. Every car has been great. Dealing with Toyota Bountiful for all these years has been a wonderful experience. The parts and service department has been exceptional every time Iv'e needed an oil change or it checked out. Toyota Bountiful is the best Toyota Dealership in Utah. Don't go anywhere else! More

They took the time to make sure I was getting a vehicle that made the most sense for my home and business needs and answered all my questions. Jeff Christison and Craig Vierig both helped me enormously in the decision process and Weston Bird was very patient and considerate working to find a financing plan that would fit by budget. This is the second vehicle I have bought or leased through Toyota Bountiful and I highly recommend them! More

He has always bent over backwards to help us find the right car at the right price. He knows me and my family and what we like and I trust him implicitly. I really can't recommend Toyota Bountiful and Jeff enough. I've purchased cars at other dealerships in the past and none of them have come close to matching the experience at Toyota Bountiful. More

Found a great Car at a great price. But couldn't register I was very happy to get to know the people I was dealing with before I got into the business of the vehicle I was interested in.. The engine compartme I was very happy to get to know the people I was dealing with before I got into the business of the vehicle I was interested in.. The engine compartment had not yet been washed however could have been at no cost before I left.. I felt this created transparency on hiding vehicle issues.. I was disappointed on only one thing that I feel was hidden from me.. a 300$ Protection Plus charge for something that was obviously on the car when they received it.. I could only find the etch on one existing window.. Besides the etch it was a great experience and I only suggest you look over charges carefully before signing any document.. then to top it off. Received no title, or application for title.. a trip to the dmv the next day created a lot of extra expenses and hassle that the dealership created.. I left the lot without any type of registration for the vehicle. UPDATE: They did refund me the Protection plus fee, a few days after I bought the car. More

Responsive to my requests I am an accountant type. I need to understand the numbers. I had never leased a car before, so there was definitely a learning curve. I had dealt with I am an accountant type. I need to understand the numbers. I had never leased a car before, so there was definitely a learning curve. I had dealt with two other Toyota dealers. I had asked them for a detailed cost breakdown based on a lease or a copy of the lease agreement. They would not give me that information. The Internet Team at Bountiful Toyota gave me what I asked for. I had a scanned lease agreement in my email the next business day. I also felt like they gave me their best price for the new Toyota Camry LE up front. No games, no "let me talk to my manager", no waiting for 30 to 60 minutes to try and wear me down. They told me what they could sell the car for without haggling and it was lower than what the other dealers had quoted. My wife didn't want to drive in the traffic and through the construction in Bountiful to go to the dealer to sign the papers. I got dropped off at the dealer after leaving work. We did all the paper work. The salesman gathered it all up and followed me to Ogden where my wife signed the papers in the comfort of our home. Bountiful Toyota was friendly and courteous. They respected my intelligence and gave me the information that I requested. They were professional in all their dealings and went above and beyond the normal expectations. I definitely recommend the Internet Team at Bountiful Toyota. More

My sales person Robert Messer has been fabulous, he has kept me posted on every aspect from beginning to end. He is helping me with some other used car options also because he was already helping me with my new Prius. He did not bug me all the time, but sent me email updates as the 2015 cars moved forward since we were not able to find what I wanted in a 2014. The gentlemen that helped me along with Robert (forgot his name) was also fabulous in showing me the car and how it works. Over all I had a great experience. More
