From the salesman to the sales managers, all the way up to the finance people, they helped me out the whole way and I receive world-class customer service. The service department has been wonderful, I've taken my truck in a few times for its scheduled oil changes and I've had no issues with them whatsoever. They have even provide shuttle service to take me to my work and back when my car was done. The atmosphere while visiting Beaver Toyota is that of friendship and loyalty. All the salesman seem very friendly and I was greeted many times while I was there. I would recommend beaver Toyota to anybody looking to buy any type of car. You get world-class service. More

AWESOME Experience I was in Saint Augustine on vacation and seen a Ford F250 on the lot that caught my eye and decided to stop in and check it out. As I entered the fron I was in Saint Augustine on vacation and seen a Ford F250 on the lot that caught my eye and decided to stop in and check it out. As I entered the front door I was welcomed as if I was a return customer. I requested info on the Ford and was introduced to Jeff Blanchard and I am here to tell you this guy is Awesome and is there to serve you. He answered all my questions and asked if I wanted to take a test drive, keep in mind he was in a cast up to his knee due to a broken foot and he was still going above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. He walked to the front of the lot in a cast just to get the vehicle, he could have gotten someone else to do this but as I said he was there to serve his customer and did just that. After the test drive we returned to the dealership to discuss a trade option and at no time did Jeff ever try to pressure me into anything he was there just to help me. We actually worked up a trade for my existing vehicle which was a F150 and it was located in KY. I ended up buying the F250 at 8:30pm that same evening and they closed at 8pm. They arranged to fly a driver to KY to pickup my F150 and drive it back to FL. Jeff is a Awesome guy who is a true man of his word, if he tells you he will do it then you can bet it will get done. I highly recommend this dealership and specificly Jeff Blanchard. If you want to be treated like a real customer and get a great deal check these guys out. Ask for Jeff and he will take care of you. Torie was a real joy to work with and gain knowledge about Toyota. I am 70 and have owned Toyota's for over 25 years. I had a wonderful relationship with a dealership in Indio Calif. and hated that I couldn't return to have Angie sell me another Toyota, but my fears dissolved after spending quality time with this exceptional lady. Torie Benoit is a great asset to Beaver Toyota. Torie and George May, a team player with her, along with all the people that made my magic happen to get into a beautiful dream car just made my day! They were all ROCK STARS!!! Especially Torie. Their patience and professionalism and continued relaxed atmosphere during the time I was there, gave me so much trust and acceptance and confidence in Beaver Toyota.
