The dealership is clean and hospitable. He were met by friendly associates and our transaction quick. Luke Butler is incredibly responsive. Timeline was great! I would work with him, again. I give a 9/10 though, since we asked at the beginning of negotiations for a second key fob. There was only 1 key and 1 fob. We were told we could have this done and signed off on it. I waited to pick up the vehicle so that they could make an extra key and fob for us. When I picked up the vehicle, only a second key was offered with a quick explanation of "our guy could just get second key". He later apologize for not getting the fob, but it felt like a quick brush off. Initially, he did come down some on the vehicle so that is a consolation. We are still waiting on a part for another spot on the back door that was a surprisingly gross and needed attention. He said it was ordered, so that should not be a problem. I would use this dealership again. Everyone is extremely personable. Lauren O'Daniel is a rockstar in the finance department. We got through signing very quickly. Over all it was a very good experience and absolutely worth my time. More

Everyone here that helped me find a car was beyond amazing, kind, and helpful! I drove through the O’Daniel lot on a whim…found 3 vehicles that I wanted to drive. Met Jeff and made an appointment to come back in a couple days. When I arrived one Wa shone but the other two were w vehicles that I wanted to drive. Met Jeff and made an appointment to come back in a couple days. When I arrived one Wa shone but the other two were waiting for me. After some discussion, Jeff suggested we looked at another option that was “in the back.” I loved it but wanted a little more peace of mind so we started looking at vehicles with certified pre-owned (CPO) status. It didn’t take long to get back out on the lot and find one that made me blush with excitement. Today, less than a week after my initial spin through the lot, I drove my CX-5 home while beaming ear to ear. I feel safe and comfortable, but moreover confident in my first solo vehicle purchase. Thanks to Jeff, Katie, Todd, Lauren and Luke for making me feel like a friend or even better…one of the family. More

The whole staff was very kind and welcoming. Cory is a very honest hard worker. Who is humble and very courteous. It was a great experience. It was such a good experience. Jeff was wonderful to work with and was quick to get us a car that we needed short notice! We were able to do a lot over the phone, which saved a lot of time in person.
