I didn't feel pressure to buy a vehicle like a lot of other places do. She is awesome! She followed up with me a couple of days later to make sure I was happy with the car and if I had any questions. I have never experienced that before from a sales rep. Everyone I encountered each time I was there was really nice. Finance was super quick which usually is not the case. I have recommended Mrika and the dealership to several people. More

Loren made the process as good as it could possibly be, including having my new Genesis shipped to a local So Cal dealer for the hand off. He was on top of everything at all times, and the communication was superb. From the beginning to the end, Loren was and is to be commended. Jeff Alves was very ,very patient with me as I sent back and forth various insurance/registration/etc. data. Just wish I could be in their neighborhood to see if service is as good as the sales! More

I had some huge hurdles to jump over that I should have taken care of in the past. Between the great customer service and true resilience to stick with the task at hand, these guys worked hard for me all day trying to find ways for me to get in the right vehicle. They were extremely courteous to me and my obnoxious daughter. They were patient and made me feel like I was making the right decisions. In the end they worked wonders for me in the deal that was finally worked out and I couldn't be happier with the overall experience. There aren't enough thanks I could give for everything they did. More
