Bottom line, treat them like any other car dealership and be wary/cautious.. I would say I recommend them if only you go in prepared and ready to negotiate and have a pre-purchase inspection if you are buying used. Otherwise, if you are looking for a dealership that won't try to stick it to you, then consider elsewhere. Otherwise, this is a typical dealership: hence my 3/5 stars. More

I then chose same model but hybrid and a different color. The car had to be brought to the dealership and arrived as promised. When we sat down to make the deal he listened to what was important to me and we arrived at the deal quickly. The finance manager, Cobi Ward, was great as well. He went over all the options and the process went smoothly and quickly. This is a great team at City Limits Subaru! More

I had an amazing test drive with Jeff. I was looking for an EV within the Subaru family, since I really love the brand itself, and I simply could not afford a new build, so I was able to s I was looking for an EV within the Subaru family, since I really love the brand itself, and I simply could not afford a new build, so I was able to see a 2024 Solterra. Initially Jeff suggested I also look at a Hybrid, but as soon as he saw my face while driving the beautiful EV I had originally requested, he didn't push or even try to ask again if I wanted to see it. He asked me questions about my ideal payment and worked with the financial department to get me what I needed. I drove away with my newest Subie, which I am very happy with! And all of this in time to get to work early! (I had mentioned that I had to be at work that afternoon) Additionally, I hadn't even thought I was going to be purchasing that day, so I didn't have the spare key for my previous vehicle, but he just asked me to bring it back the next day. I also realized I left my garage remote in the car, and I texted him to ask about it. He met me at the dealership the next morning and we swapped the car key for the remote. He was very attentive and asked how I felt with the new purchase, and even laughed at my silly jokes. I'm so happy that this dealership is so close to my house on top of being staffed with great people! I'd also like to mention the wonderful receptionist, who didn't get upset with me when I accidentally dropped my water bottle and made a ton of noise, she was very sweet about it. More
