Paul Bacon was right on it...finding me the car that fit my needs and wants at the price I wanted to pay. All the salesmen and the finance managers are friendly and professional. As for service, I’ve been a customer of Gates since 2003, their service department is excellent. Prices are like every dealership service department but, if you are in the waiting room, you are in your living room with snacks! Service technicians are professionals and get the job done right the first time. And, the kicker is that your car comes back to you straight from the car wash next door. I do recommend the dealership to my friends and family. More

She was absolutely wonferful. She was so experienced and at the same time, very personable. She was never pushy and she made sure she was getting exsctly what we were looking for. We have never purchased a car from a dealership hefore this so we were a little hesitant beforehand about being taken advantage of. You definitely dont need to worry about that at Gates. We decided to go with Gated because we had a family member who had purchased a new vehicle from them and said the service was fantastic. This held to be true, with Tara at least. She was patient with us when we didnt know what we wanted to do. She worked with us and family to make sure we got what we wanted. She answered any questions and was great at giving us options that wrre within our budget. We were able to get exactly what we wanted but Gates has several dealerships so if what your looking for isnt in front of you they can check the other locations ny computer. It is easy to say that Gates made what could have been a very stressful situation actually very fun. Tara also made sure the car we got was in good running condition and that it was safe. They are very big on this and just shows their level of integrity. We got the car and it was completely detailed and washed and waxed. My wife and I both agreed the iceing on the cake was not only did they transfer our registration like most dealerships, they actually drove the car to our house and dropped it off to us. We didnt have to do a thing after signing the paperwork. This entire dealership treats their customers as if they were family. They have made this whike experience wonderful. My wife and I say than you, especially to Tara. You made what could have been an extremely stressful experience actually fun. We appreciate all you did. More
