In both cases, the staffs were nothing but professional at every level. Additionally, both the showroom and service area would leave anyone with a great impression. The showroom is well polished and the service area immaculate. Although hard to imagine, the people who serviced me and my wife were even better. The staff clearly know their products and could explain in detail without any hard sell pressure. They clearly have a solid recipe where the customer experience is top rated the minute you walk through the door…even for service. More
