Kim was very good and very responsive to emails. Ordered Telluride over the phone, as they had one I was looking for, coming in within the month. As I was from out of town, had to do trade-in appraisal via Telluride over the phone, as they had one I was looking for, coming in within the month. As I was from out of town, had to do trade-in appraisal via pics and info, via email. Kim made the process very easy and seamless. Jay (finance) was also great to deal with.
