Kim Nam was very efficient and prepared to assist me in my vehicle buying experience. After an initial call she set up an appointment and found options for me to test drive. Kim and Jay, in the finance de my vehicle buying experience. After an initial call she set up an appointment and found options for me to test drive. Kim and Jay, in the finance department, took very good care of me and in less than 4 hours I was able to discuss what vehicles were available, test drive a vehicle, apply for a loan, fill out all paper work, get car detailed and drive the vehicle home.
