After becoming frustrated due to poor service for the past several years at Nissan of the Avenues, I switched to Nissan of Orange Park to service my 2017 Nissan Rogue. Right from the start I was impresse past several years at Nissan of the Avenues, I switched to Nissan of Orange Park to service my 2017 Nissan Rogue. Right from the start I was impressed with the professional and courteous way I was treated upon entering the service area. Robert checked me in and my service advisor was Whitney. Whitney was absolutely amazing and later got me a vehicle to use when it turned out my car would take a few days to repair. The rental ended up needing a tire repaired so I waited. In the waiting room, Mark Herrera introduced himself and we started talking about new vehicles. I had no intention of buying a new car, but after test driving the new Rogue and Mark finding the color I was interested in, I changed my mind! The whole process was amazing. Mark was wonderful and worked to help me get the car of my dreams! He did everything to make the experience as pleasant as possible. Mark was as excited as I was to get me into this vehicle! I am so grateful for his kindness, patience, and expertise. Jay was also great to work with in finance.The experience I had at this dealership was night and day compared to my previous dealership. In fact, had it not been for Mark and all the other wonderful people at Nissan of Orange Park, I would not have purchased another Nissan. As it stands, I am now driving my 4th Nissan and by far my favorite! I am so glad I made the switch to Nissan of Orange Park. I look forward to working with this dealership in the future! Thank you!
