Amended: sometimes you have a rough experience and the company never recovers, but not in this case. Columbia Ford recovered from a fall like an olympic gymnast. I left the dealership without everything "they owed" and communication afterward was spotty at best. Once the manager got involved, he treated my wife like a queen and exceeded any expectations we previously had, even letting her work from an office while her car got the extras installed. A+ service, and worth a second chance if you ever felt disappointed. More

I have been going to Columbia Ford KIA for several years, and my Mother for many years, my Uncle also went here. Everyone is very friendly and always willing to help. They make you feel at home.
