Jay Krishna, the salesman who helped me, was extremely patient with me. (I ask a lot of questions, and am very particular, but he did not take offense to this.) He seemed genuinely interested in helping me to find the best match for me. He gave me a great price for my old car,too, for which I am very grateful. He also showed me how to work all the controls in my new car, which took some time because I am so slow when it comes to car mechanics! I wish this particular dealership was closer to my home because if it was, I would take my car to them for regular maintenance. Another plus for this dealership is that there is a relaxed atmosphere. I did not feel as though I had to hurry to make up my mind about the details of the sale. Everyone that I came in contact with (even if it was just in passing) was very welcoming and cordial towards me. I even got to meet Ms. Fitzgerald (one of the vice presidents) of the company...What a wonderful lady! This business is really managed well! It has a small town, family business feel that is so rare in today's society. In closing, I will say that my experience at this dealership could not have been any better.
