I met Jay Miller months ago and he has spent endless hours working with me and other members of my family looking for the used BMW that meets out unique needs. He has always been up front and honest with us and as a result my family has purchased two cars from him. What makes Ottos BMW dealership outstanding is that you are also dealing with car professional such as Wilmer Rodrigues, Pre-Owned Sales Manager. He is an individual who worked his way from an entry position and has now assembled a sales organization of professionals. From a customer prospective is is nice to go back to a dealership and see the same people each time. Car dealership have a reputation of changes faces often and when individuals stay at a dealership it is indicative that they are doing something right; both for the Dealership and the customer. I encourage anyone who is looking to purchase a used BMW to consider Ottos. However just as it is important that one purchases a car from a knowledgeable sales person you as the customer also have to do your homework as well. More

I recently made delivery of my 2013 328i M Sport Convertible and in love with the car. The best part about it is the car buying experience at Otto's BMW is unmatched. They were very easy to work with, listened to everything i had to say and appied it unlike how other dealers try to get you to do what they want. They gave an amazing deal on my car even though i special ordered it, there was no back and worth with number crunching. You won't leave Otto's BMW feeling like they got the better of you. Also they don't pressure you into a vehicle they make sure it fits your exact needes while staying within the budget so theres no feeling of buyer's remorse. Jay Miller worked hard for me in my corner to get the deal perfectly fine tuned and checked in with me every step of the way while the car was being bulit. I'am a reurning Leasee of Otto's BMW and i have to say I' am going to be an Otto's BMW customer for life.
