Mark Johnston and the Echo Park staff provided excellent service to me. Mark was knowledgeable of explaining the whole car buying process, being that it's my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealer. E service to me. The absolute worst dealership and car buying experience of my life. Two months and no tags or resolution to the issues I’m having with the vehicle I purchased. I live in Louisiana and the very next day is of my life. Two months and no tags or resolution to the issues I’m having with the vehicle I purchased. I live in Louisiana and the very next day is when my issues started and I’ve been trying since 7/24/23 to get resolution. No one will return my phones, emails, or accept responsibility for the entire experience. I’m now in the process of filing a complaint against the dealership through the Texas DMV and reaching an attorney to file suit against the dealership. More

Went in to buy a used Chevy Malibu and first wanted a appraisal on my trade in. They low balled me on the appraisal (car was worth 34k and they tried to give me 27k) and instead of negotiating, they told appraisal on my trade in. They low balled me on the appraisal (car was worth 34k and they tried to give me 27k) and instead of negotiating, they told me I could go to another dealership or sale my vehicle privately. Extremely unprofessional. So I went to another dealership like they recommended and bought a brand new car AND they gave me 36k for my trade in. Eco Park lost a sale because apparently playing on your phone is more important than helping people out and actually giving people a good deal. 0/10- telling all of my friends and family to steer clear of this place and you should too! More

STILL NOT GOTTEN WHAT WAS PROMISED BY MANAGEMENT- A FULLY FUNCTIONING CAR, I WAS TOLD AND REASSURED IT WOULD BE TAKEN AND INSPECTED BY AN ACURA DEALERSHIP- THEY KEPT MY CAR A WEEK, MEANWHILE IM THINKIN FULLY FUNCTIONING CAR, I WAS TOLD AND REASSURED IT WOULD BE TAKEN AND INSPECTED BY AN ACURA DEALERSHIP- THEY KEPT MY CAR A WEEK, MEANWHILE IM THINKING IT WAS AT ACURA AS PROMISED TO COME PICK IT UP (again I had to call them) TO FIND OUT THEY "FIXED" IT THEMSELVES, (what was there to fix though, by them, since they directly told me "the transmission is just like that and completely fine", so they shouldnt have anything to fix, right) THE FIX WAS ADDING AN ADDITIVE TO THE TRANSMISSION-NEVER TOOK IT TO ACURA NOR EVER PLANNED TO, NOW REFUSE TO HAVE HAVE AN ACURA DEALER LOOK AT IT- I FEEL THAT MEANS THEY HAVE A PRETTY GOOD IDEA THERE ARE MORE ISSUES THEY'D LIKE TO AVOID. Original review was left day of purchase, prior to leaving dealership. I still stand behind EVERYTHING below about Christy H. However, the A/C was non-functional on the drivers side, so in 105°+ I've had no A/C for 2 months, a problematic transmission, and zero help or clarification since 5/24 when I started this attempt of them correcting their short comings. I'm unsure of exactly which 190 points they check during their "very throughout" 190 point inspection, but it isn't the transmission nor the A/C. To me, those seem like two of the more important things to check. Everytime I call (because no one feels the need to reach out in an attempt to keep me updated) I get a different answer as to the status, in fact, different stories with each new person on the same call. Does anyone actually know what's going on??? At this point, all I can say is: BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! BE SURE TO TAKE YOUR OWN MECHANIC WITH YOU TO TEST DRIVE, BECAUSE IF YOU GET A CAR WITH PROBLEMS, ITS SEEMING IMPOSSIBLE TO GET THEM TO DO RIGHT AND HONOR THEIR WORD OR THE SUPPOSED COMPANY CULTURE. THEY KEPT MY CAR FOR A WEEK LETTING ME BELIEVE AND REASSURING ME IT WAS GOING TO BE TAKEN TO ACURA, ONLY TO HAVE WHAT I CAN PRETTY MUCH BET WAS LUCAS TRANSMISSION FIX- A BAND-AID TO TIDE IT OVER UNTIL IT WAS NO LONGER UNDER THEIR DEALER WARRANTY AND NO LONGER THEIR RESPONSIBILITY. PROBABLY THE EXACT SAME ATTENTION AND DETAIL AKA LUCAS TRANSMISSION FIX WAS USED WHEN MY CAR CAME IN ORIGINALLY TO BE SOLD. MUCH MUCH LIKE THE BEGINING OF THIS WHOLE SAD SITUATION IT WAS FELT VERY STRONGLY THAT INTENTIONAL ATTEMPTS WERE MAKE TO BRUSH ME OFF UNTIL AFTER MY WARRANY HAD EXPIRED AND NO LONGER BE THEIR RESPONSIBILITY. GEREMY SMITH AND CHRISTIE ROGERS, I'm embarrassed by your locations customer service FOR YOU, but I can say that after dealing with each of you myself, I fully understand and know why THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL, BECAUSE YOURS IS NO BETTER, AND YOURE WHO HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE, SO ITS STANDARD PRACTICE AND QUITE ALRIGHT BY MANAGEMENT. I WAS TOLD BY THE SERVICE FOREMAN DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE GM CHRISTIE THAT "IM LUCKY HE DIDNT SUPER GLUE IT BACK ON AND NEVER TELL ME", LOL, ITS OBVIOUS THAT ITS YOUR GO TO PROBLEM SOLVER AND MENTALITY, BECAUSE THATS WHY IM IN THE SITUATION IM IN RIGHT NOW. GEREMY SMITH WILL TELL YOU ONE THING TO PACIFY YOU AND THEN ESSENTIALLY CALL YOU A LIAR AND HE NEVER SAID THAT WHEN YOU ASK FOR HIM TO MAKE GOOD OF IT LESS THAN 24HRS LATER. Tip: IF YOU HAVE TO BUY A CAR HERE PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND MAKE SURE YOU BUY A CAR IN PRISTINE CONDITION, BECAUSE BLESS YOUR POOR SOUL SHOULD YOU EVER NEED ANYTHING FIXED, BE PREPARED TO BE PUSHED OFF AND LIED TO. There are a number of reasons, but the most aggravating is the failure of anyone in management to reach out when I complained to my sales rep about There are a number of reasons, but the most aggravating is the failure of anyone in management to reach out when I complained to my sales rep about my PRIMARY complaint. I had to work through my rep because NO ONE would give me the name of ANY of the sales managers. What is that? At any rate, the first time I went to test drive the car, I was unable to do so because their was a nail in the tire. Since they needed to replace the tire, I would have to come back the next day. Four days later, it was repaired. I headed up there to drive [and buy] the car that afternoon. I should mention, the day they took the car to their shop to work on the tire issue, my original sales rep told me that if I did decide to purchase the car, he'd have me in and out in 45 minutes. My buying process [no financing] took well into the night – lasting no less than three hours, but hey the tire was replaced and we were done. The next morning, I really started looking at the tires. I was under the impression they would be replacing the ONE tire that had the nail in it. At any rate the two tires that Echo Park put on the back of my car were Fortune Vientos…a much cheaper tire. The original tire – Bridgestones, which retail for $236/each, are summer tires which provide superior performance in dry/wet conditions. The Fortune tires, which retail for $75/each, are all season and have lower performance ratings... inferior in utility and worth. Not at all ideal for a roadster. The tires should have been replaced with the same brand and ratings as the originals…the ones represented on the sales floor. I complained and received NO CONTACT. Not even a call or email at least apologizing or explaining why they decided to go with cheap tires. I’m not a complainer…I just want professionalism and a fair deal. I got neither. EchoPark, since acquiring driversselect, has gone WAY down hill. I will never ever buy from Echo Park again and I WILL spread the word. As consumers, we have many other BETTER choices! UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE I HAVE, in fact, been contacted by Mr. Cooper [EchoPark's head of sales]. He was extremely open to COMING TO A RESOLUTION and said he'd do whatever it took to MAKE IT RIGHT!! I couldn't ask for anything else. I am EXTREMELY HAPPY EchoPark [Mr. Cooper] reached out. EchoPark's prices are top notch and my previous experience was excellent, SO I was truly disappointed this time in thinking I'd never return. The resolution is fair and I am, once again, a SATISFIED CUSTOMER! Thank You EchoPark!! More

I had my two boys was amazing and provided a car buying experience to remember! I went in just to look at a dream car of mine, see if it was doable. I had my two boys with me and he as well as the rest of the staff made my experience worth the long drive out to Grand Prairie. The location was clean, staff professional and checking on us while waiting. He was upfront and honest, he respected my time and got us in and out the door in a timely manner. His customer service was great!! I plan to use Paul again in the future for any of my car buying needs, and I recommend anyone else use him too. More
