I went and Jay was very courteous he showed me the vehicle and gave me permission to take the car for a test drive. upon return Jay said he will offer me a price cut to accommodated my budget if I buy the vehicle. I am very pleased to recommend Koon's Toyota even though the processing took some time they worked with me and I drove home very satisfied with the professional customer service. Above and beyond customer service Just wanted to take a moment and express my appreciation and gratitude to Jay Badiang and Ronnie Howard. I purchased a used 2013 Ford Escape last Just wanted to take a moment and express my appreciation and gratitude to Jay Badiang and Ronnie Howard. I purchased a used 2013 Ford Escape last week that had to be delivered to Westminster from White Marsh. Everything went smoothly. I had to have a tire replaced (at no ones fault) due to a balance issue and I could not wait any longer that night, the day of purchase. Ronnie suggested that I leave Koons and take my car to Hagerstown Ford (at my leisure) since they are much closer to me than Westminster. Ronnie (the manager) Jay (Sales) assured me that they would handle everything. Everything went through without a hitch and Ronnie and Jay delivered as they promised! Even the customer in the waiting area at Hagerstown Ford asked how I accomplished purchasing my car over an hour away and getting it fixed in Hagerstown (at a different dealership- mind you) without going through hoops. All I could say was that it was smooth and painless. This was only possible bc of Ronnie and Jay living up to their promises. Thanks guys for a great experience! Wonderful Experience! I went into Koons Westminster to see what my options were regarding the purchase of a used vehicle as I knew my wasn't stellar and had a high-mileage I went into Koons Westminster to see what my options were regarding the purchase of a used vehicle as I knew my wasn't stellar and had a high-mileage trade-in. I began to work with Jay Badiang, who after checking out my situation, was able to offer me a 2012 Toyota Corolla (significantly newer and nicer then I had anticipated). I was extremely excited and after help from Jeremy in the financing department, I was able to purchase the practically new Corolla the very next morning all due to the spectacular service from Jay and Jeremy, Jay was extremely courteous and professional without the pressure that you sometimes feel from a salesperson. I would recommend Koons Toyota and Jay Badiang to anyone looking to purchase a quality vehicle with a pleasant experience. More
