I purchased a used car at Victory Nissan in Nashville and was told by the salesperson that it had brand new tires. About two weeks after purchasing the car, I started having issues with the car shaking on th was told by the salesperson that it had brand new tires. About two weeks after purchasing the car, I started having issues with the car shaking on the interstate. I took the car to be checked out at a repair shop and it turned out that the tires on the car were the original tires. Because the tires were so old it caused ware on a steering mechanism. I had to pay thousands of dollars to repair these issues because they were not covered by Victory Nissan's limited warranty. I am also having an issue with a radiator hose that is leaking that is also not covered by the warranty which is going to cost me a couple thousand hundred dollars. This dealership is not trustworthy. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle here. More

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Victory Nissan formally known as action Nissan all they did was change the name. They lost my keys on my pathfinder when I took it in or a recall and Victory Nissan formally known as action Nissan all they did was change the name. They lost my keys on my pathfinder when I took it in or a recall and then did something to the electrical system after I refuse thousands of dollars of work unrelated to the recall my vehicle no longer worked after I had to have it towed back to my home at my own expense. More
