Excellent customer service I broken down on the freeway on a Sunday and I was towed to Puente Hills Hyundai. The service manager contacted me and I explained what had happened. I broken down on the freeway on a Sunday and I was towed to Puente Hills Hyundai. The service manager contacted me and I explained what had happened. He tested my vehicle the first day but could not find anything. We spoke again and he kept the car over night and recheck where he found a defect in the engine. It was the week of Thanksgiving and he worked hard to get my car approved for and engine replacement. While I was waiting for the work to be done he also arranged for me to have a courtesy vehicle. I was always informed on the progress and was treated as a valued customer. I got my car back in about a week and a half. I am very pleased with Puente Hills Hyundai and would recommend them to everyone. More
