My husband and I dropped off my 2013 Hybrid Sonata to the dealership on Monday, 2/17, around 7:00pm with a thermostat issue as my car temperature was changing erratically. Next day I called Javer to let him dealership on Monday, 2/17, around 7:00pm with a thermostat issue as my car temperature was changing erratically. Next day I called Javer to let him know the situation and he immediately took action in the most amazing way we just cannot thank him enough. We have no words how to express our appreciation for his kindness, understanding, vision, prompt care and response, as well as his positive attitude and professionalism. We must also thank immensely Hyundai’s main office for their understanding and appreciation to their customers, for taking in consideration our loyalty to such an incredible trustworthy, reliable and reputable company.
