I had a small issue with my window not properly closing, but they fixed it up quickly and with no charge. Other than that, the car has been perfect! My first oil change Christine assisted me and was so kind and friendly! So much so that I decided to return when I needed my next one. Otis assisted me this time and was equally as pleasant as Christine. His estimated wait time was spot on. At the end, he informed me about upcoming maintenance that may be required, but assured me I had time, rather than pressuring me to purchase anything at that moment. He wrote me up a quote so that I can properly plan for when the maintenance is due. Wonderful dealership! More
