You WISH your finance rep was as cool and as funny as Hannah. Insanely dry sense of humor...but also quite good at her job. We felt comfortable, not rushed, and she was a pro. She (of course) did all of the finance stuff offering you different packages and warranties but didn't overly pressure on any of it and gave us room to breath as we were considering whether or not to take certain things. In the end, she only got us for one upgrade but was awesome throughout the process and had us through the paperwork and back on the road in near-record time. She's really good at her job and she's an asset to Kia / Lithia. (This review started out about Hannah but after selecting our reason for visit - new car - it is giving the option to include info about our sales rep.) We worked with Sebastian Carlson who is disarmingly charming and was really thorough and patient throughout the process. As a whole, the dealership was efficient and provided great service and we're really happy with our experience. A++ for Hannah & Sebastian. More

Very pushy and he kept trying to sell me a car I didn’t want. He just gave me a really bad vibe and put me in a bad mood. The next day we ended up going back to see Sebastian. My dad helped me get this car and I kept telling him I wanted good, positive, energy while I bought my first car. I just really wanted to go back to your location and talk to Sebastian. He is very understanding, he worked with us, he fought for what I wanted. I highly highly recommend Kia of North Austin AND Sebastian!!! More

I'm driven by customer service. I reached out to Jason to ensure that he was in possession of a car prior to my wife submitting her application online. He confirmed that he did have the vehicle and I then told my wife to go ahead and submit her application. Later I was informed that he did not have the vehicle in his possession. I drove the 3.5 hour drive to look at alternative and Jason immediately put me with an arrogant young inexperienced salesman that would not budge on any vehicles, despite this issue being the result of Jason. This was a month prior and I have not heard anything. My wife credit score is high, this is because we do not apply for credit often. Too many inquiries impact your score. My wife bought a vehicle the same day in Houston, and yes they had to run her credit again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE More
