Jason was our guy, very friendly and helpful. We'd been looking at mid-size SUV's, and we figured out the Acura RDX gave us what we wanted. All went very well until the morning of delivery, whereupon, at the dealership, we were told that our new car was being cleaned for delivery, so "please wait", and then the car was running on empty, so "please wait while we fill it up". They had 5 days to clean the car but had not. We spent 1 hour and 45 minutes sitting still, dong nothing. At the end, at actual delivery, no one wanted to stick around for instructions on usage, so we left with the car and an IOU for further instructions. More
