Nice dealership, but not the customer service I was hoping for, after not buying a car in several years. I expected more from the car salesmen, than I received. He was off the day I needed to talk with hoping for, after not buying a car in several years. I expected more from the car salesmen, than I received. He was off the day I needed to talk with him, said he was available, but didn't get back to me very promptly, as I needed some questions answered to secure the loan through my credit union for a better rate. The next day I picked it up, it was like I was interrupting his lunch. Went to my car, after signing the papers, shook my hand said thanks and left. Didn't ask if I needed any help or showed me how anything worked, was trying to sink my phone, ended up going to the Verizon down the road to get help with that, I drove away in a nice vehicle but felt like, that was not a great experience. Not like it was the last time I bought a car. Customer service these days it not the same anymore, there was no personal touch, other than the night I drove it, it was clean. No floor mats in the back, just the little thigs, even the car next to mine had a bow, I don't need a bow, but the extra touch would have been nice. More

West Metro has some of the best staff in the business. I have worked twice now with Kent and have had wonderful experiences & outcomes both times, resulting in me leaving with the vehicles I was set on!
