West Metro went above and beyond to provide options based on what I wanted in a vehicle. I was allowed to take my time and didn't feel rushed or pressured at all. Would have left 4 or 5 stars, but the finance department ticked me off a little when they acted like an additional $2.00 charge for adding a secured party to the title was a big deal.
