Car review I’ve purchased a few cars over the years and I have to say that Jason Smith is by far the easiest and most knowledgeable sales person i have ever worked with. It was an absolute pleasure wo and I have to say that Jason Smith is by far the easiest and most knowledgeable sales person i have ever worked with. It was an absolute pleasure working with him. His passion for the car industry shows . I felt he had my best interests in mind. He was patient and kind, never pushy or aggressive. I would highly recommend you talk to Jason if you are considering buying a new vehicle! You will be very happy you did. After talking with some friends in the Indianapolis area, I decided to reach out to Grand Subaru even though it was a bit of a drive. We have had our eyes on an Ascent since the model came out. We had just been holding out until the right time. You could call us picky, but we had a specific exterior and interior color that we wanted and Grand Subaru did not currently have it in stock. That is where the story starts. Jason Smith and team were able to find the exact vehicle that we wanted within hours at another dealership, picked up the vehicle, and had it ready for us to pick up within days. All while matching the incredible price that we agreed upon with a similar model they had in stock. The attention to detail, customer service and prompt communication made this the best car buying experience I have ever had. When purchasing a new car, even if living in the Indy area, check out Grand Subaru in IL, ask for Jason Smith and feel good that you got the best deal and the best customer service in the country. We appreciate you going the extra mile to find just the car she wanted. The on-site purchasing experience was also efficient and free of glitches or surprises. It was a great experience dealing with a pro. Please share this with your managers. We have been committed Subaru owners since our first purchase of two Subarus in 2018. Once again, Wisconsin dealers could not match the offer presented by Grand Subaru in Bensenville. It was worth the 2 hour drive. We plan on sticking with the brand and will use Grand Subaru in the future. More
