I am the General Manager here at Dick Scott Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I attended Plymouth Salem High School and Albion College. I have been in the automotive industry for 35 years all of which have been with Dick Scott Automotive Group, the company my father, Mr. Dick Scott, started almost 50 years ago. Working with Ivan to trade in my Dodge Durango for a Chrysler Pacifica was so easy! I reached out to the dealership after seeing the vehicle I wanted on their website. Ivan and I were able to communicate via calls/texts prior to my appointment and test drive, which made the process & time spent at the dealership much more efficient. As a mom of three small kids - this was a huge help! The transaction was seamless and I am very happy with my safe, affordable and reliable vehicle. Ivan followed up with me in the days after my trade to make sure I had everything I needed and to answer any follow up questions I had once the car was in my possession. I would 100% recommend Dick Scott for new and pre-owned cars. More
