Don’t take your vehicle for service there if you bought it elsewhere! We bought our 2023 QX80 in Dallas by the Love Field dealership. Our QX80 broke down in San Antonio and needed towed in for service. The it elsewhere! We bought our 2023 QX80 in Dallas by the Love Field dealership. Our QX80 broke down in San Antonio and needed towed in for service. The Grubbs San Antonio dealership treated us so poorly, that we had to call the Dallas dealership so they could basically force them to treat us with respect as an Infiniti owner. The Dallas dealership even offered to have our QX80 towed from San Antonio to Dallas for repair, and then towed back to us. The Grubbs dealership finally conceded, towed our car in, gave us a loaner until the car was repaired. We probably won’t buy another Infiniti just because at present there is only one Infiniti dealership in San Antonio and they are extremely difficult to obtain service when you need it, especially if you bought the car from another dealership! Travelers beware!, hope your Infiniti does not break down while vacationing in San Antonio! More
