I have been a customer of Jays for the last 9 years. In that time I have leased four cars from him. I also recently brought my son to him to lease his first car. I absolutely love my Toyotas and will never drive anything else. Jay has always been patient, honest, friendly and accommodating. He always has my best interests in mind. I have also had nothing but positive experiences with other employees in the finance and repair departments. I have found them all to be extremely friendly and honest as well.
