The sale staff seems to be nice because he wants to sale the car. After I picked up the car, I never heard a wkrd from them. I sent email, left phone message. However, I have not heard back from anyone from Grote. I don't like the attitude of the sale manager (don't rememeber his name) that came to assist in price negotiayion. He is very pushy. I don't appleciate his conversation. I found several issues after having my friend at the body shop look at tbe car. He showed me a few defect spots on the car, and suggest me to check with Grote. I sent an email and left message to Jason. I have not heard from him. Jason supposes to provide me with the person who can make 2nd car key and pait repair. It appears that this car dealership does not care the custommer at all. I should walk out during the nehotiation. I was treatred better at other dealerssuch as Carmax and Don Ayres Honda. More

The transmission went out in the 2017 Tahoe I purchased from Grote ,600 miles and 2 1/2 weeks out of the 1000 mile warranty period I called the dealership and talked to Ricky to see if they would work s from Grote ,600 miles and 2 1/2 weeks out of the 1000 mile warranty period I called the dealership and talked to Ricky to see if they would work something out to help with repairs and was told since I didn't purchase an extended warranty, there was nothing they could do. 300 of the 600 miles I was over is due to the fact that I live in northern Michigan.
