Wonderful people to work with! Heard my needs, worked with me, and made it a smooth transition. When we picked up the vehicle, everyone was so super nice even my 8 year old commented how nice and friendl with me, and made it a smooth transition. all i can say is stay away from this dealership.Don't all i can say is stay away from this dealership. Don't buy a ford they stain to easy!! Now to the problem with the F150 two weeks after owning it th all i can say is stay away from this dealership. Don't buy a ford they stain to easy!! Now to the problem with the F150 two weeks after owning it the front bumper was stained from squirrels eating nuts on my car. I've owned white cars all my life and parked in this driveway for 20 years and never had this happen. I even paid an extra $1000 for simoniz glasscoat guarantee for the life of the car this would not happen and only two weeks after owning the car this happened. don't know if it's a bad part from Ford or that glass coat from simonize is useless. Now for Jason the salesman very nice man and I believe he was just told by others what to say but used cars that you trade in did not drop 25% in two months. I would not trust anybody from this dealership. Will give an update when this is all sorted out. 9/24 what a joke. i received a call from Sayville ford on 9/22 and was asked about my problems. after explaining the problems i was told he could not help me and was going to have the manager call and asked if i was available the next day 9/23 i said yes up till 12 noon. ok. 9/23 i get a call from manager at 5mins. to 12???? i was not able to talk to him in detail because i did not have time. like told the person on the phone the day before. NOT AVAILABLE AFTER 12!!!!! he asked what time i would be available tomorrow. i said all day. he then told me to pick a time. ok 11am time. he did insist that the allstate vehicle service is better than Fords. really!!! i wonder what Fords customer relations center is going to say about that! 9/24 5:30pm sill no call. called Sayville Ford @5pm was told i would get a call back from G.M............need to know why a $64080.07 truck is 76361.07 out the door......... 5:30 still no call back.you can't make this xxxx up!!!! I meet with Nick today 9/28/21 Why does a $64,080 truck cost $76361 it’s because they padded the bill. First on 6/9/21 Jason showing me the build on the truck that came to $64080 on his big computer screen. I had some questions about the seats and heated steering wheel and he was going to call me back (which never happen had to call him back) but wanted me to leave $1000 depot and I did and apparently I singed a vehicle cash purchase agreement that I would not see till today. When I left all he gave me was a credit card receipt. now there are 2 vehicle cash purchase agreement 2nd one not signed (which I just received today along with the bill of sale) if you look at the vehicle cash purchase agreement you will see as I did when I picked up the truck it was not $64080 that thought I was going to pay but $65720. Yes I got the simonize for $1034 that DID NOT WORK!!! Buy the way the xxxx is crystal fusion $659? This I did not ask for!!! Nick said I can’t get a refund for even though the simonize did not work!!! They claim is a no fee dealer. They don’t have to be they tack on $1640 on to the price of the car!!! Check the price of the inspection fee $310 on the one I singed and $75 on the other. The bill of sale has it at $10. As I had mentioned before Carlos he sold me a vehicle service contract for $3500 he said was from Ford it was not. When I got home that night and saw the service contract it said Allstate on top. I went back to Carlos and confronted him about that he said don't worry it's from Ford. Now after having issues with the car which I will get to later I contacted Ford Motor Company and found out that this contract was not in from Ford and that it was a third party insurance policy. I’m am also still waiting for a singed copy of my bill of sale. Nick gave me one but not singed and things blacked out. Nick said the blackout are numbers not for me to see. Nick told me he does not sell the Ford contracts.?? And then for the kick in the xxx I had to pay the for another $182 for the registration. More

Great dealership! Large selection of new used cars. Jason was awesome when it came to helping my wife and I find a used car after my lease ended. Prices were fair and there are no hidden fees. I leased my last truck with this dealership a few years ago and I forgot how friendly the staff can truly be. Deff recommend checking this dealer out at some point for anyone going car/truck shopping. More
