They even helped out with my lunch so I could try Eischen's for the first time (which was delicious). They took me over everything step by step, gave me a fair price for my trade in and even detailed the car and filled up the tank before I took off. I was completely dreading buying a car because of everyone I know saying how much of an ordeal it is but I was in and out in 3 hours, with lunch and drove off in the car I love. "Excellent in every way" I generally hate car buying experiences. I don't like feeling pressured and usually the whole experience is just plain uncomfortable. I found a Carter truck on the internet and reached out to the dealership at 10:00 pm. I was pretty surprised to get a text back at 10:12 pm from Andy Hicks. We connected the very next morning and we found Andy to be really excellent and professional. He treated us like a friend from the first interaction. When we got to the dealership, we met Lisha (the owner) who shared the history of her family and the dealership. Also met Randy her son in law who is a super nice guy and loves to hunt and fish. Then Jason Leck (GM) who really helped us work out some of the details of our transactions and before we finished, we bought two trucks and made some great friends in the process. Would highly recommend taking the additional 15 minute drive to Carter. They are number 1 in OK and TX for a reason. Plus the Eishen's Chicken is literally right across the street. Plus we got a years worth of chicken as a bonus. More
