Make the short trip from the city! We drove out from Edmond, arriving shortly after 6pm thinking the dealership was open late like the city dealerships. The door was unlocked so we walked in to find pretty much everyone had already gone home. Trevor stepped up to help us, bringing the truck we were interested in to the front door for us to test drive. Trevor went over everything in the vehicle during the test drive, and by the time we got back the finance manager had arrived. The paperwork went fast, no pressure whatsoever and no good cop bad cop drama between the salesman and finance manager. Just decent conversation on the deal. Then they treated us to dinner at Eischens. Trevor was about the most easy going salesman I’ve ever purchased a vehicle from. If you compare Carter Chevrolet’s online ratings and comments against ALL of the Oklahoma City dealerships, prepare to be pleasantly surprised with Carter, and mortified with Okc’s dealerships. I found the truck online around 10 pm Friday Night within 10 mins Kevin a member in the sells department contacted me as My over experience was great. I found the truck online around 10 pm Friday Night within 10 mins Kevin a member in the sells department contacted me asking if I have any question while he check to see if the truck was still available. Within 5min he let me know truck was available. Kevin also informed me once he arrives to work in the morning he would take a small video/walk around of the vehicle. I drove 6 hours from Kansas City once I arrived the sells team was very welcoming the truck was exactly like the ad online. I would have no hesitation to go back and make another purchase in the future. More
