My experience was so amazing until a few words is not enough I am so overwhelmed with gratitude with the level of service I received from Cornelius, Jason Latif, Dominick and Suzy. First of all Suzy was the reason I came to Currie Motors. She was very nice on the phone and followed up with email and confirmation phone call to me. Three (3) other dealerships let me down!!! At Currie Motors in Frankfurt, I felt the warmth and love when I walked in the door. My ministry is working with seniors and the homeless people in Chicago. You know you have to have a great amount of TRUE LOVE and patience with them. Here at this dealership, they did not make me feel bad for having not so good credit. Mr. Jason Latif, worked a MIRACLE for me!!! He made me feel like there was no one more important than me and that he was determined to put me in my new vehicle. Cornelius was so very kind, warm and took personal care of me and my sisters needs. He was very thorough in explaining the inside as well as the outside of my new vehicle. Dominick was a true hero in my book!!! Very positive and uplifting. He made me feel like a million bucks!!! I know that I can only deal with this dealership. I now have a vehicle large enough to transport the church equipment on Sundays. You have no idea how great that feels. My grandma always said, "when you find a GOOD THING, stick with it." My fiance' Andrew will be getting a Ford truck this summer. I cannot wait to get to church on Sunday and let everyone who needs a vehicle know where to come. I test drove many vehicles and Matt was very helpful explaining the options available. Jason and Ali were very helpful when it came to the money - they gave me a fair value for my trade in and explained a good value from the car. They did not try to push me into buying anything. Customer for life! I shopped around with different dealerships to look at various makes/models. Previous stops I made at other dealerships were a waste of my time as I felt as if they were trying to sell me anything on their lot instead of "listening" and realizing that I am in search of a specific vehicle that will fit my family and the cargo we regularly transport to different places. Other dealership salespeople left me standing "waiting" for an extended period of time after asking a basic question. My reason for stopping at Currie Motors Ford of Frankfort was to continue my (re)search for the vehicle make/model that met the needs of my family. I left that day with a certified pre-owned vehicle that exceeded my expectations and an experience that I have shared with many others since purchasing from them. EVERYONE was friendly, knowledgeable, no-pressure sales, and answered all of my questions. Dred was the best salesperson I have ever dealt with when purchasing a car (5th car purchase in my lifetime). He went above and beyond to help me determine if the model I came to see would meet my needs. I believe that if I asked to test-drive every car on the lot he would have done it with a smile on his face. My son commented, "we had fun" and that we did. Who says that after purchasing a car??? I try to bring humor into every situation and Dred jumped right in without missing a beat. He was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and left no stone unturned by the end of the purchase. We covered everything from A-Z and all of my questions were answered to my satisfaction - I am very happy with my purchase. Ali and Jason were just as nice and helpful as I had not come to actually purchase a vehicle that day so I was unprepared for all that was needed. Albian made sure that my return visit to install an alarm was a smooth process - the service team was ready and waiting; so was a loaner vehicle so that my transportation wasn't interrupted. Dominick did an excellent job securing financing and was gracious in allowing me time to explain the process and what everything meant to my teenage son. It was after hours and I know he was ready to go home, but he encouraged me to continue and I am grateful to have been allowed to make this a teachable moment for my child. This was an on-the-spot decision to purchase a vehicle. I was the last customer and closed the dealership that day. Never did I feel rushed or that my last minute decision to purchase was infringing upon anyone's time on a Saturday evening. This was the best experience and one that will keep me coming back to Currie Motor Ford for years. I cannot say enough about this great team. Keep up the good work and you will continue to be the best car dealership in the area. Hats off to the entire Currie Motors Ford of Frankfort team! More

After suffering the pain and sorrow of losing my Escape, we called Currie Ford and explained what had transpired. Going to their on-line site, we found what is the twin to the 2014, same color, options and equipment only a 2015. Having dealt with them and knowing the sales-person, we had to go back to them! I asked that they do the deal quickly as possible as we where right in the middle of moving to a new home.
