I was not exited about dealing with the dealerships and/or “typical” car salesmen. Or maybe I should say I was dreading playing that “game”. But Jason was great. I told him exactly what I was looking for.....make...model....mileage...preference in color and how much I was willing to pay for it. And he found it. He wasn’t pushy...didn’t play any car sales games. Delivery was quick and easy. Overall, my first ever, great car shopping experience. Will definitely be my first stop in a couple years when I’m ready to shop again. More

Repaired, mostly as I would expect Repair was under warranty - obviously not Heiser's fault that my Highlander had a a bad strut. Was a little put off by the fact that my seat was completely moved and for whatever reason my head lights were turned from auto to the off position when I picked the vehicle up. Neither are a huge deal but they should not have been messed with during the repair of the strut. More
