Kudos to Jason Diaz for a wonderful experience purchasing our new Palisade. It has been many years since we have dealt with a car dealership as we have had many bad experiences. We normally purchase our vehi our new Palisade. It has been many years since we have dealt with a car dealership as we have had many bad experiences. We normally purchase our vehicles at Carmax for the no hassle experience. We decided to give Allen Turner Hyundai an opportunity as we really wanted to get into a new Palisade. From the very first interaction with Jason, he made us feel welcome and no stress overall a great experience. He has kept us well informed as the vehicle wasn't available in Pensacola yet. Even offered to find another Palisade for us due to the long wait time. A truly great experience and again thanks to Jason for all his hard work, answering all our questions, texts, and phone calls. Allen Turner Hyundai of Pensecola has been consistently the best car dealership I have experienced in over 40yrs! I recently returned to buy my second new car because of the ease and genuineness of doing the best car dealership I have experienced in over 40yrs! I recently returned to buy my second new car because of the ease and genuineness of doing business with them. The service dept has always been great and very pleasant to work with over the last three years. I processed my new car deal online via their most excellent web based purchase program. The final drive out cost was within $2 of the estimate! Super Cool. Special shout out to Neal for his professionalism, open personality, and car knowledge. Also, Vince provided his years of electric car experience that really resolved all my "EV" anxieties. Finally, i want to call out John for his financial prowess as he guided me through the "buy these extras" opportunities. In less than 20 min. I had completed the signing process with no stress or buyers shock. Thanks Turner team for sharing another seamless and comfortable car buying experience with me. More
