Jason Diaz greeted me and immediately offered me a soda. Then we walked around the lot. He was extremely knowledgeable about the different makes. Once I saw the Veloster I immediately wanted to know more about it. Jason thoroughly explained all the features of the car, and we took it for attest drive. The paperwork / business personnel (John) was very helpful and made the experience painless if not seamless. I have and the car a few days now and love it! Highly recommended the dealership. I don't really know the others but Jason has my strongest recommendation as your salesman. Come and see for your self there are many nice choices at extremely reasonable prices. More

Wow! I had reservations but was quickly won over! To begin, the car salesman (Jason) was fantastic. He didn't pressure and he completely understood when we said we needed more time to think about it. Two days later, we knew we just had to get the Santa Fe - it's a wonderful vehicle so we went back to meet with Jason. As promised, he worked hard at getting the deal we were looking for. Then, we had the pleasure of sitting down with the business manager (Shahid),who was meticulous in explaining the details of the unbelievable warranty plan that Hyundai has to offer. It comes as no surprise that Hyundai is #1 in customer satisfaction and we will definitely be loyal customers for years to come! More

Overall a good experience, things could improve. Went to dealership with a limited budget. When I first arrived nobody greeted me or offered to help. I approached a man to ask where the car was locat Went to dealership with a limited budget. When I first arrived nobody greeted me or offered to help. I approached a man to ask where the car was located that I was interested in, he was of no help and more worried about smoking. After walking the parking lot for 15 minutes, I asked him again - he said to stand next to my car in the incredibly hot sun while he went to get the car. He never came back, so I left 15 minutes later. I came back to the dealership and then was introduced to Tiffany Mason. She was great! She was not pushy, she was very accommodating and willing to do anything I asked. It took a few days to negotiate the deal I needed but it happened. I dealt with Shahid in finance. He was very friendly. Not pushy. Once it was time to get in my new car, Jason assisted me and again a great guy. Got everything I asked for and then spent time showing my how to work my new car. My overall experience was good at the dealership, however once I got home I read the paper work - and came to realize that I did not get the deal that we had agreed upon over the phone. I am not pleased with that at all, partially my fault for trusting and not reading the paper work better while signing, but not happy that a fast one was pulled on me. Great dealership, friendly people but pay CLOSE ATTENTION when signing your paper work, they got me this time! More

Each time Jason Diaz treated me like a friend and not just a customer. I never felt pressured and was never made to feel like I was wasting his time. On one of my test drives, I brought my 86 year old Mom along with me to see if she could easily get in and out of the vehicle. Jason treated my Mom with upmost respect and kindness and I really appreciated that. When I returned a couple of weeks later, he even asked about her. I don't know how he remembered! But I guess that is a trademark of a great salesman. On my third visit, I bought a Sante Fe SPORT and I love it!! I also had an accessory part added after purchase and that was handled wonderfully. Jason ensured everything was in place and that I was 100% pleased before I drove off of the lot. I am now a Hyundai believer! More
