They never asked for anything other than my name. All other dealers asked for my phone number and called me at least once to try to get me back to their dealership. When it came down to my deciding exactly what I wanted and was ready to talk numbers, Jason Diaz, Dean Sinibaldi and Kimberly Douglas did exactly as I asked and we basically made a deal before making a hard hit to my credit. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable and was happy to walk away with exactly what I wanted. Charla Palmer was a pleasure to meet and close out all the final paperwork, Allen Turner has assembled a wonderful team that I would highly recommend to anyone. Hyundai has gone above and beyond on making a great product as of recent years and the cars speak for themselves.
