I have purchased my last 3 vehicles from Hyundai. When I walked in this week, I wasn’t exactly sure of what I wanted. I had only intended to test drive the Palisade to see how it fit my small stature and was planning to test drive some other vehicles, but after driving one I knew the Palisade was everything I wanted and I ordered one that day. The color I wanted wasn't expected at the dealership for another 10 days, but within a couple of days Jason was telling me it had arrived and was ready for my final approval. When a family emergency prevented me from keeping my appointment the next morning, I sent my husband to see it and send me photos so I could approve it. Instead, Jason gave my husband the key to bring the Palisade the 30 miles to my home for an in person inspection. He arranged the installation of a tow package and called me the next day to let me know my Palisade was ready. Jason and Charla were professional and caring and I appreciated their support throughout the purchase. There was no pressure to purchase at any point...they let the quality, comfort, and safety of the Palisade win me over. I would recommend Jason to anyone looking for a Hyundai in Pensacola. More
