My husband and I were wanting to test drive a 2021 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy. However we both work in healthcare, and have different work schedules. I explained our situation and she kept in touch with me, finally they had the car we wanted available, so we went to Pensacola from Navarre Fl., not a short drive, to check it out. When we arrived she introduced us to Jason Diaz, he brought the car around, after helping unwrap it, so that we could go for the test drive. We loved it! Jason was wonderful, and answer our questions and was so very patient. I have never owned anything other than a Chevy my entire life, ( I'll be 60 in May), that's a lot of Chevy's! Kim and Jason were both so amazing!! Long story short, we bought it. I can't say enough about how well we were treated. I also want to mention Charla Palmer, when it came to signing the paperwork, financing and getting us all taken care of, she was awesome. Kim, Jason and Charla, they are lucky to have you!
