I custom ordered an F-150 on February 27th. The salesperson I placed my order with left the state shortly after that and I (fortunately) ended up working with Jason DeDiego. I had an RV incoming and therefore needed the truck by the time it arrived. My custom order was constantly delayed with the build date slipping from the end of May which would have worked, ultimately to the beginning of July which might if it actually arrived by then. Since I couldn’t risk waiting and ending up with the date slipping yet again, with Jason’s assistance we searched for another possible truck. In case you didn’t know this is no small task. Due primarily to the global semiconductor shortage, inventory is at an all time low. Regardless I was kept in the loop by Jason who tirelessly checked on the status of various other possible trucks. No matter how often I asked, and notably multiple times on his day off, he would always get promptly back to me. In the end I got a truck on time and Jason was instrumental in making this happen. My experience overall with Ford Country was spectacular. I highly recommend the dealership but in particular Jason DeDiego who is an absolute all star! More

Excellent Dealership To Deal With I have been buying vehicles from dealers for over 50 years. I started dealing with Jason via the internet and then by phone and text. I told him exactly what I wanted, and didn't want, in my new vehicle. He was quick and through in his search and got back to me quickly with choices. He was able to email me complete info on each truck and answer any and all questions I had about each. When I chose the one I wanted Jason was able to advise me how to hold the truck and then sent me all required paperwork to purchase it. The sale went smoothly and on the day I was to pick up my new truck Jason came and picked me up at my residence in Las Vegas and he walked me through everything needed to drive away.
