Throughou We found our new 2018 F150 online at Serramonte Ford (after some rather intense searching). My first point of contact was with David Martin. Throughout the whole process, David Martin was very accommodating and helpful along the way. There was no pressure during the buying experience which was also unique from any other car dealership. Jason Cooper was also a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Serramonte Ford for your future Ford needs. More

Quick - Fast - Leased Transaction Two words to describe my experience at Serramonte Ford “ZERO PRESSURE”, I mean “ZERO PRESSURE”!!!!! I called for an inventory check on a extremely Two words to describe my experience at Serramonte Ford “ZERO PRESSURE”, I mean “ZERO PRESSURE”!!!!! I called for an inventory check on a extremely specific Mustang that I seen on Serramontes Website. They held the vehicle until I came in, and I was driving off the lot in under 2 hours!!! I will continue to give Serramonte Ford my business. Everything here is slam dunk. I initially communicated to Jason (manager) that I wanted to deal with a fleet manager, he assured me that his staff Jhay, would fill in his place since Jason was going to be out of the office when I arrived. Jhay was very professional, cut and dry, to the point, no b.s., no used car sales tactics, just plain here’s the vehicle, it sells itself.....I like that. Thank you SERRAMONTE FORD!!!! I love my first leased mustang!!! Proud member of the Serramonte Ford family!! More

I walked in not really expecting to like any of the selections. My husband owns a Ford and I did not want the same car. After looking things over and test driving some cars I found "my car". I am very happy with the service and knowledge of the staff and all of their products. The maintenance package is the best I have ever seen! More
