Blown starter fuse and empty thumb drive file GPS service (Kahu?) we did not subscribe to when we purchased the car caused a blown fuse which completely shut down the car engine and stranded my hu GPS service (Kahu?) we did not subscribe to when we purchased the car caused a blown fuse which completely shut down the car engine and stranded my husband in traffic. We appreciate Courtesy correcting the problem; towing the car in to be fixed; and removing the GPS Box. We do love the car, Chevy Sonic are our favorite!! More

Service Writer Jud Rocks! Jud and his staff gave us stellar service. They diagnosed a very difficult catalytic converter and computer issue, and are waiting for Volvo factory Jud and his staff gave us stellar service. They diagnosed a very difficult catalytic converter and computer issue, and are waiting for Volvo factory to send him a refresh for our onboard computers, so we won't get that pesky check engine light in the future. From start to finish, A-Z this service experience was second to none for our 2019 Volvo XC60 T6 AWD SUV. This service was so outstanding, that our next Volvo will be purchased through Courtesy Volvo of Scottsdale. BTW, Jud also coordinated with Volvo the factory and the towing company the two hour plus tow each way. Jud is definitely our go to guy for all of our Volvo service! More
